How Sam works

Evidence-informed and approach-agnostic.

Treatment is selected based on what is appropriate and useful for the person. That may involve exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, low-level laser therapy, cupping, flossing or other options, depending on the situation.

Rehabilitation can also connect with strength and conditioning, yoga, Pilates or Qigong. The aim is to find an approach that works with your goals and daily life.

Back pain and biomechanics

Training in McGill Method principles helps inform assessment of movement and load tolerance.

Neck, headache and jaw care

Using relevant approaches including the Watson Approach and Mulligan Concept, with dental collaboration for jaw concerns when appropriate.

Hypermobility adaptations

Experience supporting people with inherited hypermobility, including hEDS and Marfan syndrome.
